Abbys Run for Water has finally come and gone and Grant and I have spent the last 24 hours nursing our sore muscles. My time for the 21km run was 2:02:24, which means I beat my last time by 8 minutes! It was so fun to be apart of a community event and to help raise funds to support clean water projects in Ethiopia. I wonder what and where our next race will be... Grant is thinking of biking the Valley GranFondo which is a 160km ride from Fort Langley to Chilliwack loop.

run for water
Two years ago Grant and I ran two half marathons (Toronto's Scotiabank and Niagara's International), and I remember that feeling of exhilaration experienced afterwards.... So two years later I signed us up for another run and time sure has flew by.
