Every day I learn something new either about myself or about the world moving around me. No matter what age I am I will continue to learn and evolve into myself - if I open up my mind and allow myself to grow. I cannot help but find that idea very fascinating.
Driving home from work this evening I was reminded of how lucky I am to live in such a beautiful part of the world. Not a day goes by that I don’t glaze in awe at the mountains on the horizon. I remember living in Ontario and trying to trick my eyes and mind into believing that the clouds on the horizon where mountains. Now I am here, at home - sitting between my dreams.
As much as I love each season, summer time is by far my favourite time of the year. The long days, the warmth, the new growth on the trees and grasses and of course fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden. The people around me appear more alive and vibrant, setting goals and reaching the highest peak of their mountain trail hike.
This is a great time of year to embrace new ideas and reach new heights.
